Return & Refund Policy

At KR Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless they are defective.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide your order details and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns after quality inspection

  • Orders canceled before dispatch

  • Products that are out of stock after payment

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval

4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product delivery

Replacements are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by KR Ayurveda if the issue is due to our error

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping in other cases

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled
